Dell 3 Ghz Super Fast Optiplex Pro GX 1 Desktop PC Review from Carol Carter. Speechless, I ordered this using my credit card, took them 5 days to work out correctly billing it, then posted the item as ordered several times. It finally arrived, after canceling their multiple orders myself, and the case was clean and without damage. I spent an entire morning trying to get it hooked up and running. It turned on, pretty bright screen, popped up a CPU failure and turned black. Total running time less than 5 minutes. It never came back, no matter what was done. The thing NEVER WORKED. When recrating it I found old spider webs filling the case fins on top. It took them several days to respond to my return request, and 10 days after they got it back I got a partial refund. Yes, I got to pay the shipping to me and back to them for an item that NEVER WORKED. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I’m out over $70.00 for this piece of trash.
